Draw this....Bean shape...A guide line for the torso, which you should start with if you want the head to be the right size.

Circle for the head! it doesn't need to be perfect, we will erase it in a minute.

Okay! define the head shape. first, the muzzle, then start with her cheeks, and go into the ears, then top of the head ^.^ Don't forget the nose and guide line for her eyes :D

Draw these weird things for the first part of her limbs, and then draw her crotch.

Draw the rest of her limb-parts-whatever-they're-called.

Next, her hands and feet :3

Clean it up, and fix it! Get rid of those guide lines! Also, redefine her hips/waist/whatever!!

Next her eyes, draw these weird shapes right on her cheek bones, make them big, she's a chibi!!

Draw the eyelashes, irises, and pupils. and get rid of that last guide line!

Draw the hair, tail, and clothes, I did this in one big step, because I'm not the best at any of these. And this isn't a tutorial on them, I'm sure you can find better tuts on these subjects on this site! XD
