How to Draw a Candy Cane Heart

Start by drawing two lines that form heart as it crisscrosses over one another at the ends. These are actually candy cane shaped.

Draw in your first candy cane using the guideline you made. Also be sure to draw it on an angle.

On the opposite side draw the other candy cane. Notice how the tops touch and the bottoms hug.

Add your stripes to form two candy canes combined to form a heart.

Now color in the drawing. Give it to someone for the holidays or use it as your main image for a Christmas card.

Description: There is exactly ten days left before it's Christmas. I am so excited that I did a couple tuts to celebrate the holiday season. Here is a lesson on "how to draw a candy cane heart", step by step. I'm sure many of you have tried or drawn this type of hear before. I just wanted to make the lesson available to those who have not yet tackled the fun task. Drawing hearts is an amazingly fun pleasure of mine no matter what form the heart takes shape in.
