1

Start off by drawing the circle for the guide of the skull head. You will then sketch in the guidelines that will be used for the face.

2

Using the guide you just made, begin sketching out the actual head structure for your skull. The temples should be indented like you see here and the cheekbones should be prominent.

3

Up next, we will sketch out the hollows for the eye sockets. When doing this we want to draw an angry or expressive face so be sure to draw the slight dip on the top part of the eye shape. Sketch in the definition to the brows to create the brow bone

4

Up next, we will draw out the handkerchief which is the scarf that covers the nose hollow and mouth area. When drawing the scarf, try and form the shape of the cheeks as well to add definition to the skull's face. Add the wrinkles, creases and fold d

5

Here you will draw in your design pattern on the scarf. I chose to make candy corns, but you can choose whatever pattern you like for your halloween skull. Also, add some darkening to the left part of the scarf.

6

All you have to do here is draw the right thick darkened lining to form definition and detail to the scarf. Erase your mistakes and the guides too.

7

When all is said and done your drawing should look like the one you see here. Of course you have to color in the eye hollows or sockets and then color in your halloween skull.

Description: Hello everyone. Today I will start the day with a lesson that is so awesome, I can't even believe I made this tut. Well, I know I did, but I haven't made a piece of art like the one you see here in such a long time. Today I will show you how to draw a skull for Halloween, step by step. This Halloween skull drawing is unique and I know you will not see another like it anywhere on the web or anywhere else. If you do, than that means where you found it, was stolen from me. The concept came from my love of Halloween and skulls. I wanted to dress up this skull with a face scarf, but I didn't want the scarf to be so typical. So, I colored it black and drew candy corns on it. Also, I decided to color the skull orange and add a funky pattern to the forehead with the coloring process. In the end the results came out to be one of my best skull drawings to date. I do hope you enjoy this Halloween Skull. I will return with some other cool, ghoulish lessons in a bit so stick around.
