Dolphin Anatomy Drawing
1
As you can see the first drawing is of the dolphins skeleton. It looks very much like any other animal. Dolphins have spines, ribs, arms and skull just like a land dwelling species.
2
Here is a break down on some of the internal organs inside a dolphin's body. You see the heart, lungs, liver, stomach, kidney and rectum. Notice how large the lungs are? And the liver is pretty massive as well.
3
As you can see dolphins have their entire body made up of muscle. They have very little fat as they are a lean water mammal. I think it's very interesting how an animal that lives in the sea has so much muscle mass.

Description: Have you ever wondered what the anatomy of a dolphin looked like? Well, I did and when someone asked me if I could make a drawing based on dolphin anatomy I sort of jumped to the chance to finally go ahead and do some reading on what is exactly is the makeup of dolphins. This drawing will show you the ins and outs to a dolphin. Now that includes a drawing of some of the internal organs that dolphins have floating around in their insides and a drawing of their exterior shell. This is only an anatomy drawing with four images so be prepared to say "that's it?". Have fun either way, I know you will learn something new.
