How to Draw a Baby Dolphin

Step 1.


Begin with a circle for the dolphins entire body including the head. Sketch in a facial guideline as well.

Step 2.


Sketch out the form of the dolphins head, then the snout, then the fin.

Step 3.


Draw the dorsal fin, then draw in the rest of the baby dolphin's body. This should include the tail fin as well.

Step 4.


Draw out the large wide open eyes, then color in the pupils. Sketch in definition on the dolphins snout, and add a blow hole. Erase the mistakes until you have a cleaned up drawing to color in.

Step 5.


Here is your dolphin when you're done. See how cute it looks? Well, that's it. Now you have yourself a brand new baby dolphin drawing.

Description: Hey folks here I am today with another cute and fun lesson based on a baby dolphin. I was asked by my little sister to make a tutorial on "how to draw a baby dolphin", step by step. This is one of those drawings that was really fun to create because the dolphin I made was so easy to make. In order to make a really easy lesson, I wanted to keep things simple. That is why I went ahead and made a chibi style dolphin. The side profile of the baby dolphin will definitely make things a whole lot easier to tackle and replicate. If you love drawing baby animals you will definitely have fun drawing a baby dolphin. I shall return with more drawing fun so stay tuned in!
