Step 2.
You can now go ahead and draw the back part of Bart's head and then draw the forehead. We can add the bulging eyes, then his nose. Don't forget to draw Bart's ear too.

We will now draw the mouth, neck and then his upper body. Bart's body is very round and the torso is shaped like a bell. When the upper body is draw you can draw in his sleeve and arm which is thrown over his shoulder.

Description:
Here is a figure I haven't drawn in many years. I was looking at some Christmas art and took notice that I never did an X-Mas version of Bart Simpson and I know I should have because he is such a popular character. The Simpsons are probably one of the more well recognized animated character families to have ever been created along with some others. So, today we will learn how to draw Christmas Bart, step by step. I wanted to keep him simple because everyone knows Bart don't like getting dressed up. I just changed the colors of his clothes and gave him a brown sack filled with God knows what. He is also wearing a Santa hat and is exceptionally happy. The tut shouldn't be too complex which means even novice artists can tackle this tut. I will be back soon so don't go anywhere too far away.
