How to Draw Valkyrie Cain From Skulduggery Pleasant

Step 1.


Let's begin by drawing some guides. The first being for the head, face and shoulders.

Step 2.


Up next, draw out the actual structure of Valkyrie's face shape like so, then line the face with her hair. Just a strand or two for now.

Step 3.


Up next, draw the actual shape of her head which is also her hairstyle. This should be long, straight hair.

Step 4.


Here we will draw in her shoulders. As you can see they are straight and pretty strong looking. Add the detailing to the sleeves, then draw in the front opening of her jacket. Notice the button and undershirt.

Step 5.


Use the facial guidelines to draw in Valkyrie's eyes. They are soft, kind and a bit sad. When her eyes are drawn, proceed on to draw her nose.

Step 6.


Add some eyebrows. Color them in and you are ready for step seven.

Step 7.


Lastly, draw in Valkyrie's lips or mouth, then you are all done. Erase your mistakes and guides.

Today, I will show folks how to draw Valkyrie Cain, step by step. She is a dark haired beauty who happens to be the partner of Skulduggery Pleasant. In the book series she is a young girl who lives in an Irish town where nothing really happens. Her real name or given name is Stephanie Edgley, but her true name is Darquesse. I'm not familiar with the Skulduggery novels but I do know that it is a popular Irish novel written by Derek Landy.
