Step 1.

Make a circle shape for the head/body of this Tsum.

You can now draw the eyes and the triangular shaped nose followed by the horns.

Lastly, draw in the thick eyebrows and limbs. Then draw the speckles along the edges of the eyebrows and nose. Erase the mistakes and you are done.

This is the line art now that you are done. Just add some color to call the drawing complete.
