We begin with drawing the base-line. Take you time to draw exactly.

Now we add the air the hair and the head-protector. You add the base-arm lines abaft.

We continue drawing the symbol of the Forth's back and add his face. On the left picture we add the the lines for the clothes.

Now we add the face of the left one and draw the kunai's in his hand.

If you want it you can shade it but don't have to :)
