Step 1.

Draw the upper lid and when you do this make sure that the lid is thick and there is some lashes.

Finish drawing the eye and then you are done for now.

Draw the shape of the eyeball, then color in the pupil.

You will now draw Lucy's hair that falls in front of her eyes like sharp points. These are her bangs.

Lastly, draw and color in her eyebrow, then sketch in her bottom lashes. If you made mistakes you can erase them now.

Here is the line art once you are done. Now you can color her eye and hair in. Lucy is recognizable no matter what part of her face or body you draw.

Out of request, I will show you "how to draw the Elfen Lied eye", step by step. As you can imagine there is nothing to it when creating this eye.
