Description: So its been a while since I've done a tutorial- and Dawn actually told me I could do this one. Swirlix is a fairy type pokemon who can learn the move draining kiss. Not much is known about him yet, but I'll look for info. This took me 45 minutes to create, its easy. Enjoy drawing Swirlix!
