How to Draw Skin Taker

1

You will make the body framework for your skeletal figure that you are about to draw. Start with the head, torso, pelvic area, them the arms and legs. Also sketch in the facial guidelines.

2

Using the head guide you made, sketch in the structure of the skeletal face for Skin Taker. The cheek bones should be indented in the face like so.

3

You will now draw in Skin Taker's top hat. As you can see the lid for the hat is thickest.

4

Add the stitching across the hat, then work on getting the face drawn starting with the glass eyes. When the nose, mouth and teeth are drawn you can define the chin area as well.

5

Up next, sketch out the layer of cloth that covers Skin Taker's shoulders. This cloth is going to be part of his cape that he wears.

6

You will now begin sketching out the torso which is in the form of an exposed rib cage. The bone in the middle should be thick and prominent. This is the chest bone or breast plate.

7

You can now add all the rib bones and in between each bone add shading to make them stand out against everything else.

8

Here you will draw in the bony arms which start at the shoulder, and flow all the way to the front. His skeletal hands are resting on one another because under the palms his the top of his cane.

9

Draw in the rest of the rib cage or rib bones like so, then draw in the Lumbar vertebra which is the pole looking bone coming down from the chest cavity.

10

You will now draw in the pelvic bones which would be the area where the human hips are. These bones are actually called the ilium and pubis bones.

11

Next up, draw in the femur bones which are the thighs, then draw in patellas which are the small sections between the knee joints.

12

Now you can draw in the tibia and fibula bones which are the lower parts of the legs of the human body. As you can see Skin Taker has a straight stance.

13

And lastly to finish off Skin Taker's skeletal body all you have to do is draw in the feet with all the toe bones.

14

Sketch out the cane which is also made of bones. The top part of the cane or staff should be rounded. Add detailing for the design of the staff or cane.

15

You can continue to work on the rest of his cape which is split and torn at the ends. You want the cape to look tattered.

16

You are ready to finish this drawing on Skin Taker by adding all the stitches all over the cape. These lines should be different in size, shape and style. Take your time to perfect his one piece of clothing. When you are done you can erase the mistak

17

That's it, you are finished. You can now color in your drawing of Skin Taker. I had so much fun with this lesson folks and hopefully so did you.

Description: I don't know how many people are familiar with this Creepypasta figure that is absolutely 'creepy' looking. I wanted to draw a character that was not a traditional looking person and who also had some excitement to his form. So since I made those tuts on Jeff the Killer, I got the idea to check out who where some other Creepypasta figures that I could make a cool tutorial on. I chose to go with Skin Taker. This lesson will show you "how to draw Skin Taker", step by step and I just have to say I love how he came out. The way he is standing, the cape, the bone cane, everything screams awesomeness with this sketch and coloring job. From what I've gathered Skin Taker is a full blown skeleton that has glass eyes and is actually a marionette. He roams around the caves of Candle Cove which is part of the Abysmal Kingdom. The worst part about Skin Taker is how he believes that skinning his victims is an act of kindness like he's doing them a favor. The Skin Taker is one of the coolest looking Creepypasta characters and I had a lot of fun drawing him out. I hope you guys like this tut, I will be back in a bit so stay tuned in.
