Sketch out the shape of Venus' face like so, then incorporate her hair and ear.

Continue to work on getting her hair sketched out which is also going to be the shape of her head. Add some puffy bangs, and move along people.

We can now work on getting Venus' eyes drawn out starting with the thick upper lids. Add her pretty lashes and then draw the nose, mouth and detailing inside her ear.
