Draw the straight lined bowl cut bangs, and when you do this make sure that there are notches. Draw in the eyebrows and move to step four.

Make a circle for the left eye. Add some lashes, and then draw a closed right eye. Add nostril holes.

Draw the exciting mouth which is very expressive. Draw in the tongue too.
