How to Draw Regular Show

This is a very simple first step. All you have to do is draw out the head shapes, and then add the facial guidelines as well as the body lines like you see here.
2
Now you can start sketching out the actual shapes of there faces, but only the front parts like the foreheads, noses, and for Rigby, the eyes.

Since the two friends are posing through a bush, you will need to sketch out the bush and be sure to have their heads poking through as if they are in a framed picture. Add some detailing on Rigby's fur, and the strips for the tail.

For your last drawing step, all you need to do is finish off their faces and bodies, and then draw more of the bush to add some detailing and definition. For Rigby, you will need to add his eyeball pupils and then some more fur detailing on his tail.

Description: Well, they did it again. Yes that's right, Cartoon Network is releasing yet another cartoon series that is going to be nothing more then awesome. So in light of this new news, I wanted to be the first to upload a lesson that will actually show you "how to draw Regular Show", step by step. I know what you must be saying, “what regular show”? That is the actual name of the new series, and it was created by the same fella who made Flapjack. His name is J.G. Quintel, and if you ask me, he is one heck of a creator because Flapjack is phenomenal. Anyways, the show follows two animal characters named Mordecai and Rigby. Mordecai is a Bluejay bird, and Rigby is a Raccoon. At first the series sort of reminds me of Ren and Stimpy and even a little like Cat Dog because two friends live together, and everyday is like a different challenge for them both. The new series is scheduled to be premiered on September 6th of this year, and so far there is going to be a total of six episodes. I personally can't wait to see the first episode on the 6th of September, and instead of telling you what the show is going to be like, I would rather have you guys wait and see for yourselves. Well, I guess that is it for this description. I will be back with some more drawing fun so stay tuned in folks because there is much, much more on the way. Adios amigos!
