Draw the head, body, and face guidelines.

Draw his tail and ears, erase the spaces around where the feet are going to be.

Now draw his hands and feet.

Draw his eyes, nose, and mouth.

Draw on his cheek marks and color if you want. Sorry this tutorial is really short :P
