How to Draw Opal from Steven Universe

We will begin like always by forming a frame for Opal's body. First draw three shapes; one for the head, torso and hip area. You will then add the facial guidelines along with the arm guides.

Make the shape of her face then draw in the form of her hair that clings to the scalp like you see here.

Add that small curl that rests on her forehead, then draw in the surprised eyes, nose and mouth.

Up next, draw the shape of her neck, then add the stem for her ponytail that will be drawn in a later step. When you have done that you can proceed with drawing the shoulders and arms.

Draw out the hourglass shape of Opal's body like so, then draw in the hands.

Here we will begin drawing the clothing that she wears. Start with the torso and add the arch collar that covers her bosom. Draw the gem in the center of her chest, then draw the long sash that hangs from the front of her legs. Also add the star at t

You are already almost done. Draw the rest of her legs and add the lining for the leggings that she is wearing.

Add the other set of hands and arms until you see four all together, then move to step nine.

Finally draw in her long puffy hair which is a big ponytail. Erase the guides and mistakes as well.

Description: So I have some characters from a couple different cartoon series that airs on Cartoon Network that where requested a while back. Here is "how to draw Opal from Steven Universe", step by step. Opal is a four armed female character that has long white colored hair, she is very tall, and turns into herself when Amethyst and Pearl are fused together forming one gem. I don't watch Steven Universe but my ten year old sister sometimes does. She is more familiar with Opal then I am so all I will do is give you a lesson on drawing Opal instead. Have fun and if you are a fan of Steven Universe look for more tuts on some of the other characters.
