Make a straight line box shape then add a nod at the base like a chin of some sorts.

Draw in a wide W shape like so to form the eyeglasses.

You will draw in the nose, then draw the puckered style lips as well.

Lastly, draw in the very stiff looking hairstyle that Garnet is known for wearing. Erase whatever mistakes you might have made.
