Start With 2 Circles 1 Small for the Head and a bigger one for the body

on the small circle add 2 smaller circles to make the eyes erase over lapping lines

erase some lines of the big circle to connect the body to the head
4
Add one of the legs erase more of the circle to connect its leg
5
draw its other leg its should a little bit bigger then the other leg
6
erase a bit of the smaller circle to make its mouth and make its eyes and ur done
7
Make it any color u want
