How to Draw Nappa From Dragon Ball Z

Step 1.


For the first step all you have to do is make an oval shape for the head, then sketch in the facial guidelines. Add the shoulder line and neck.

Step 2.


Using the facial guides, sketch out the actual structure of Nappa's face shape and be sure to include those sunken in indents on the cheeks.

Step 3.


Make the large ears and add detailing inside the ears like you see here until Nappa's ears are well formed.

Step 4.


Nappa has an angry or tuff expression on his face at almost all times. You will draw the thick, long eyebrows and be sure to draw out the shapes of the eyes as well. Add detailing under the eyes and make that crinkle between the brows.

Step 5.


Now draw the small nose, thin lined long mustache, and then draw the mouth, teeth, dimples on the cheeks and a indent dimple to his chin.

Step 6.


Nappa also has a thick neck so draw that in next and then add the shoulders.

Step 7.


Up next, draw the design for the top that Nappa wears. When you do this make the design look like small tubing.

Step 8.


Add more detailing to the shirt, then add all the muscle and neck definition like you see here. Before you go add some scuffs to the neck and then erase the mistakes.

Step 9.


That's it, Nappa is all done and ready to color in. I hope you had fun drawing Nappa from Dragon Ball Z.

He is also one of the last four Saiyans from planet Vegeta. Before Nappa appeared bald, he had a thick tuft of black hair on top of his head. Nappa and Vegeta traveled to Earth together as they journeyed to the alien planet in search of the Dragon Balls. You can see Nappa in the manga, as well as in the anime series. Drawing Nappa shouldn't be too hard. I actually made this lesson while I was live today so I hope you all enjoy.
