How to Draw Kouichi From Another

Draw the head and torso guides like so and then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Use the head guide to draw in the head shape and hairstyle. The bangs should be short of jagged along messy.

Define the shape of his face and then draw eyes, thick upper lid lines and then the eyebrows, ears, neck and shirt collar.

We will now draw the shoulders and some of the arms. When you do this you will naturally form the torso.

For the last drawing step you will only have to define the collar, draw in the jacket pockets and then add the buttons. Erase the mistakes if you made any as well as the guides.

When you are all done the lesson should end up coming out like this. Color in the drawing and show off your work to others.

Description: I have a lesson on the main character from the anime/manga 'Another'. Today, we will be learning how to draw Kouichi, step by step. Kouichi Sakakibara is a fifteen year old kid who lives with his grandparents and aunt. Kouichi only lives with his relative because his father is in India conducting research for some sort of project. Anyways, drawing Kouichi from Another shouldn't be too bad. I know you will like the tut especially if you're a fan of the series.
