How to Draw Ken from Street Fighter

Artist: koreacow / January 13, 2010

Step 1.

First draw a circle for his head. Then draw the guidelines for his body and hands and feet. You won’t need to draw his neck because of his pose.

Step 2.

Now draw a few, short guidelines to mark his face, hair and outfit, so you will have an better idea where to draw things later.

Step 3.

Draw a rough outline of his entire body that includes his outfit and accessories, such as his gloves and belt.

Step 4.

Now you will clean up the outlines you have just drawn from step 3.

Step 5.

Draw his face based on the mark lines you did in step 2. Give him sharp-looking eyes and a clean face. Then draw the hairlines and fold lines on his outfit. Last but not least, draw a few muscle lines and shadings to make him look nice and strong!

Step 6.

Wasn’t that easy? I hope you all had fun drawing with me. I will see you guys again!

Description: Hello dear friends, welcome back to my tutorial. Last week I did a tutorial of how to draw Chun Li from Street Fighter step by step, and I’ve gotten quite a few comments on that. Thank you all again who commented. I have also gotten some requests for tutorials of Ryu and Ken from reptile3270909 and cyborg . Therefore, today, I will do a step-by-step on how to draw Ken From Street Fighter. Drawing Ken is acually a lot easier than drawing Chun Li because he has a far simpler face and outfit. Just remember to make his face look as clean and sharp as possible. Because of his long hair, it would be kind of easy to make him look like a girl by accident. Other than that, I think this is a pretty easy drawing, I’m sure you’ve all did a good job! I am glad a lot of you out there also like Street Fighter as much as I do. I will definitely do more tutorials of Street Fighter characters so if you have any requests for characters, I will put them on my priority list. Until my next tutorial, keep up with the good drawing folks!
