How to Draw Jonathan from Hotel Transylvania
1
To start, begin by drawing an oval shape for Jonathan's head and then sketch in the facial guidelines.
3
Using the facial guides, begin drawing out eyes, nose and mouth like so. Color the eyebrows in, and then draw in the tongue as well as the top row of teeth.
4
Next, begin drawing the wild and crazy hairstyle that starts off as long parted bangs, then sprouts out from the top in thick chunks like you see here.
5
Continue to draw in his hair that falls along the sides and back of the head like so, then you can move along to step six.
7
You will now finish off Jonathan by drawing out his long neck, then draw out the collar of the shirt as well as his shoulders. Make sure that there is a detailed or cupping shaped form. Clean up your drawing and then you are all done.

Description: A well folks, what I have for you is a lesson that is going to be on another main character from the movie that will be released later this year called “Hotel Transylvania”. I already submitted tutorials on Dracula and his daughter Mavis, now it’s time that you learn "how to draw Jonathan from Hotel Transylvania", step by step. Now because the movie is still very new and not even in theaters yet, there is little information on him. I can tell you that he is not a monster; instead he is a normal twenty one year old guy that happens to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. I guess the whole plot of the story is to keep Mavis from meeting Jonathan because Dracula thinks that if the two should meet up, they will fall in love and all hell will break loose. Dracula tries his best to keep his daughter away from Jonathan, but at the same time he builds an unexpected relationship with him. I think the movie is going to do very well. So I hope that you all enjoy this lesson on drawing Jonathan who is supposed to be a very likable character. You might want to stick around because there is more drawing fun coming your way. Peace out people and enjoy your drawing day.
