the first is simple draw a circle.

then add a triangular mouth and upside down u's for eyes.

then add oval feet, rounded triangle hands, and ears don't forget to make it hold a microphone

it is a bit hard and you might have to try multiple times to get jigglypuffs curl/hair on top of its head.

now add the inside of the ears.
