Step 1.
Since you will be drawing a few jellyfish, you will need to make three circle shapes for head head of the fish. As you can see the jellyfish on the sides are a bit smaller.

Step 2.
Begin sketching out the actual shape of the first or middle jellyfish's top part of the body. As you can see there is a lip like edging for the rim of the body.

Step 3.
Here you will draw out four oral arms. These are not the tentacles of the jellyfish, they are called oral arms. The tentacles are actually located along the rim of the head.

how to draw jellyfish
Description:
So it seems that I've never done a tutorial on just a pair of jellyfish, which are sorta similar to the jellyfish from Spongebob. I've made these guys very simple to draw so anyone could go through this tutorial in a breeze. These types of creatures come in all sorts of shapes and colors that it's pretty mind bottling. Make sure you get yourself a few shading pencils so you can add various markings to stylize each one. I chose a purple background to contrast against the bright pinks. Anyways guys, I'll be moving onto my other tuts would be pretty fun for ya'll! So have fun with drawing jellyfish, and stay tuned for more awesome tutorials, especially the next one which is based on a popular kickace singer. Peace out and let me know how you did!
