How to Draw Jayy Monroe, Jayy Von Monroe

Step 1.


Make a simple circle for the head guide, then sketch in the facial guidelines as well.

Step 2.


Sketch out the chiseled shape of Jayy's face like so, then draw in the sharp pointed bangs for his hairstyle.

Step 3.


Using the guidelines, draw out the eyebrows, and nose. Color in the brows too because as you know he has dark colored hair.

Step 4.


Continue to work on the face by drawing out the actual shapes of his eyes. Draw in the eyeballs, then thicken or darken the upper lid line area. Draw out the mouth and or lips, as well as add the frown lines on the face, cheek definition, and all of    

Step 5.


You are almost done with drawing Jayy Von Monroe. All you need to do is draw out the high spiked style of his hair which sort of looks like a blade for a Skill saw of some sorts. Sketch out the shape of his neck, then draw in some of the hair resting   

Step 6.


Lastly, draw in the high shaped collar, then draw in the shoulders. Add detailing and definition to both his neck and the jacket he is wearing. You are all done, all you need to do is erase the mistakes and guidelines.

Step 7.


Here is Jayy Von Monroe when you're done. Now color him in and be sure to make his eyes ice blue.

Description: I have been asked repeatedly to make a tutorial on one of the two band members from Blood on the Dancefloor. After contemplating with the idea, I thought it would be okay to make such a lesson. I was asked to teach you "how to draw Jayy Von Monroe", step by step. I don't know too much about Monroe because I honestly can not find any information on him whatsoever. I do know that Jayy Von joined up with Dahvie Vanity sometime during 2009 and 2010. He actually replaced Garrett Ecstasy during that year. Despite what the band members may look like all dressed up with their Gothic or Emo style, Blood on the Dancefloor is a band that makes electronica music. The band was originally formed in Orlando Florida sometime in 2007. Jayy Von Monroe's birth name was Jayy Griffis, but he had that changed legally to Jayy Von Monroe. I do know that he is twenty two years old, about to be twenty three because he was born on August 17 of 1989.Some girls (and guys) think that he's hot, but for you ladies out there that dream about being with Jayy one day, I'm afraid he's into his own gender. So I guess you guys out there have a chance. No wait, you don't because the last time I heard he was actually in a relationship. There is a few fan made sites that have awesome pictures on Jayy Von Monroe, but your probably better off just going to the Blood on the Dancefloor website. That way you can view pictures of Jayy Von Monroe as well as check out tour dates and even become a fan of the site. Well that's it.
