First, draw a circle and a cross for the facial feature guidelines.

Then, draw the face shape around the guidelines like shown.

After, draw the facial features, keep his eye shapes square and boxy and his mouth/nose small.

Finish off his head by drawing the ears.

Lastly, draw his afro using big lose curvy shapes to emphasize the texture of an afro.
