OK, so here its fairly simple. You're just gonna start out the head. Keep in mind, this does not need to be perfect! In fact, it looks best when its not. The orginal Derpina looks like it was actually created on MS Paint!

Now you're gonna fill in the eyes and just give her some femininity! Aka in cartoon land as eyelashes.

Now were gonna add half of her hair and top it with a cute bow.
