Step 1.

Draw two shapes, one for the head and another for the body.

Draw out her forehead and then draw the nose. Don't forget her smile.

We will draw the witch style hat like so and finish the face by drawing the mouth and tongue.

Okay guys, draw in the ears and then draw the band around the base of the hat. When that is done draw the eye and lashes then buckle.

Moving forward, draw the collar and then draw the arms.

Draw in Minnie's hands and then proceed to step seven.

We are almost done with drawing Minnie Mouse wearing a witch style costume. Draw the rest of the dress and then draw in the witch's broom.

Lastly, give Minnie some stylish shoes and erase your guides and mistakes.

Everyone knows that Minnie Mouse is very feminine and likes to dress very girly. The only costume I could picture Minnie in that gave her a girl appeal, was a girly witch costume.
