How to Draw Dad
1
Dad is an easy character to draw. Start with a circle for the head, and then draw out the squared body. You will then sketch out the facial guidelines and move to step two.
2
Draw out the entire body shape like you see here, and be sure to draw out the arms and hands that are resting on his hips.
3
Color in the shapes of the eyeballs, and then draw in his small nose, mouth, and then draw in the tooth. You will then make the two cheeks and move to step four.
4
Okay, draw out Dad's ears and then draw out the eyes and lashes. When that is done you can draw and color in the eyebrows, and then add the whiskers and chin.
5
You are ready to draw in Dad's clothes as well as his fingers. Draw a collar line and then draw his suit shirt collar as well as his tie. When that is all done, you can draw in his pant line for his waist, and then draw the belt buckle and zipper lin
6
For the last step all you have to do is draw in his feet, draw the toe lines, and then draw the lining that separates the legs and add the pant cuffs. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.

Description: Even though he wears a business suit and tie, there is no way that Dad knows best. Today I am going to show you " how to draw Dad", step by step and as you can see he is a pink colred rabbit that has no brains at all. Normally it is the Dad that brings home the bacon as he supports his family. In this case Gumball and Anais’ Dad just sits around the house all day long, watching dumb TV shows and plays video games. What kind of father does that anyway? Well I guess if you have a cartoon father that is supposed to play a useless role, this is the type of guy you want to create. Anyways, Dad is going to be easy to draw as well, and you should have no problems with recreating this Cartoon Network star. I have a funny feeling that The Amazing World of Gumball is going to be a smash hit. I guess that’s all I really have to say about Dad, except have fun learning "how to draw Dad". When his character is more developed you and I will have a better idea as to who he is. Enjoy the drawing day guys and keep those artistic eyes peeled to see what turns up next on Dragoart.com.
