How to Draw Chibi Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Start by drawing four circles and facial guidelines for the heads and faces of your chibi TMNTs.

We will start with Leo and define the top shape of the head, then sketch in the mask that covers his eyes. Add creases and folds to the sides of the mask, then draw the bump for his nose.

Finish drawing Leo's face shape, then draw in the almond shapes for the eyes inside the mask then give him a chibi style smile.

Now let's get started with Raph now and do the same exact thing as you did with Leo. Define the shape of his head, then draw in the mask, then the bump for his nose.

Draw the rest of his face shape, then for Raph, make a mean smirk or frown.

Draw the mean expressive eye shapes like so, then proceed to step seven.

It's pretty redundant to keep telling you to do the same thing, so for Donnie, do exactly what you did for Leo and Raph.

You will finish the shape of his face, then draw an open mouth smile for Donnie.

Now you can add the shapes of his eyes which also looks like almonds.

We will finish off this lesson by wrapping things up with drawing Mikey. Draw the head, mask and nose.

Now sketch out the shape of his face, then draw the mouth which is exposed teeth.

Lastly, draw the eyes that are in a squinted expression like so. Erase your mistakes or guides and be on your way.

Description: How cute is this drawing concept on the four green turtles from TMNT? Well, I think they are super adorable in this form which is why I decided to go ahead and fill a request to make a tutorial on "how to draw chibi Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles". Each one has a different expression on their face to go along with their personalities and who they are as a turtson (turtle/person). I love how they came out and I know that all you TMNT fans will have a blast with tackling this simple to follow tut. I didn't catch the new release of the film, but I hear it's really good. Enjoy folks and let me know if you think this is a super cute version of Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo. Or Leo, Raph, Donnie, and Mikey.
