How to Draw Chibi Dipsy, Moshi Monsters

Start off with a circle.

Now draw all of the puffy bits. Dipsy is a Dinky Dreamcloud, so she is puffy.

Add her legs and wings.

Add the chibi eyes,to made her a chibi!

Draw in her cheeks and mouth.

Eras the circle and you're done!
