First you're going to draw the outline of him.Go ahead and add the toenails on the first foot and the nose above the mouth like I did.

Now you are going to add the other foot and the tail. The tail has a flame on the end of course, and the foot has three toenails like the other.

Now you are going to do the eyes and mouth. The eyes are green and the mouth has four teeth.
