Step 2.

Now, built the outline on your stick figure . Out of all the mortal kombat characters, Baraka is the only one without a neck , maybe the developers forgot to make him one, i don't know, just keep that in mind.

Step 3.

Finally ,sketch the details .

Step 4.

Your sketch should look like mine with the exception of the symbols on his chest . I decided not to add those in the digital steps as they tended to look like male specific appendices . They're supposed to be some weird shaped skulls , you can add th

Step 5.

Shading time. Start with a light layer of grey on the areas most dark . Use a 2B pencil .

Step 6.

Use a blending tool to smudge and blend the area on which you worked .

Step 7.

Now add the darkest layer, which is almost black .

Step 8.

Time for details . Start off with the head and chest .

Step 9.

Make a few more detailed shadows on his robe .

Step 10.

Move left to him right arm and blade.

Step 11.

Shade his belt and skirt .....thing . I forgot to sketch the skull on the belt so I made it on the spot.

Step 12.

Now do his left arm .

Step 13.

Finally, shade his pants and boots .

Step 14.

I made the background using scraped graphite , smudged on the paper using some cotton . The black thing under him was made using an 8B pencil , I don't know what it's supposed to be, imagine he's sitting on a black hole ....in space. You're done!
