Step 1.

draw a circle and an oval-thingie for the head and snout ^^

those weird curves are the guidelines for his mane :D

now draw in the facial guidelines and the ear...

start drawing the face...

add the eye and draw the ear properly

draw in the smexy mane XD

clean up the lines
