Step 1.

Start off with a heart shape like so. This can be a slender heart, chunky heart, or just a simple heart.

Draw a banner and remember to keep the thickness in mind so you end up with a nice sized banner.

Lastly, draw the ribbon's tail ends and you are all done. Erase the mistakes and you are good to go.

This is the completed art when you are all done. You can choose to go with a vintage scheme, or you can go a much vibrant shade.
