Step 2.
You will now use the guides you just made to draw out the bird's beak, head, and body. Notice that the beak is really pointed and a little hooked.

Step 3.
Define the shape of the wing like so, then sketch in the layers of feathers. Draw the tail and be sure to make it nice and feathery like it should be.

Step 5.
Okay folks, draw in the nightingale's legs, then draw the feet. Once that is done sketch in the detailing for the texture of the legs. Don't forget to draw the feet, which are gripping to a branch.

Step 6.
Lastly, draw the branch that the nightingale is perched on, then add detailing to make the branch look like a tree limb. Erase the mistakes then you're done.

Step 7.
After you erase the mistakes your nightingale should look like the one you see here. Color it in and that's it.

draw birds
Description:
I just really wanted to make a lesson on another bird species that has a beautiful name, but the image of the bird looks totally different than what I thought it would look like. Here is "
how to draw a nightingale
", step by step. I know the name of this bird species sounds familiar and it's probably due to the fact that there is a woman from history that holds the very same name 'Florence Nightingale'. Anyways, These birds hold a very special place with humans because they are often used for symbolic purposes for poets. I for one think the bird is very simple or plan looking and with a name like 'nightingale', you would think that it's this extravagant animal with beautiful markings or feathers. That's all I have for now, I will be back much later with other lessons for you all so come back around or stay tuned in which ever you want. Adios mi amigos!
