How to Draw a Little Boy

Depending on how big you want to draw your little boy, the head size will be based on that. Once the big circle is drawn, add the facial guidelines, and then draw the stem like shape for the body.

You will begin sketching out the pointed pieces of hair for the bangs of the little boy. Once that is done you can than draw out the thick crescent shaped eyes, and then draw the small "U" shaped mouth.

Now you will finish drawing out the shape of the head, and the face structure. Next, draw the ears, and then draw the bumps for the little boys ears. You are ready to draw the eyes, and color in the pupils or iris.

Okay, as you can see we are almost done here. What you want to do next is draw out the body in more detail which will add some shape. Draw the arms, and then the outline of the body.

Draw the lines on the sleeves, and then draw the design on his shirt, in this case I drew a cookie because all little kids love cookies. Next draw the belt, and then draw the shapes of the legs and pockets. Erase all the lines and shapes that you dre

Now that you have finished this drawing, you can go ahead and start coloring him in. If you would like to turn this little boy into a little girl, just add some lashes, longer hair or a cute bow, and some different clothing. Great work guys!

Description: I thought of the perfect tutorial to draw and I didn't even know it until yesterday. I saw that Teton submitted a drawing link for a tutorial on drawing a little girl, so I thought that it would be cool to do a lesson that teaches you "how to draw a little boy", step by step. One of the cutest things to draw is children and kids, and boys and girls. I was going to sketch out the little boy in a very human like form, but at the last minute, I decided that drawing a chibi version of a little boy would be even cuter. The lesson was incredibly fun to draw out, and because of that I know that you guys will have a blast following this tutorial. When it comes to creating and designing people, children or infants, the possibilities are endless because you can create them to look like anybody you want, including yourself. I chose to draw a male version of my little six year old sister. The only difference between the two kids, is the eye color, gender, and hair length. Other than that, they could honestly be twins. Well that just about does it for me and for this lesson on “how to draw a little boy", step by step. When you are done, you can either wait for me to return with another fun tutorial, or you can tackle another lesson that you would enjoy learning from. Whatever you choose, I'm sure it will be great.
