How to Draw a Lighthouse Easy

Step 1.


Start with the ring railing that wraps around the whole top of the lighthouse. Just draw a top and bottom bar, and then add the spindals between them.

Step 2.


Next, draw the top portion of the lighthouse which is the neck, and then add the roof. You will then draw the body of the lighthouse like so, and make sure that it flares out at the bottom.

Step 3.


Lastly, draw an egg shape in the center of the top portion of the house. This is the light that sailors follow to let them know you're almost home, or almost to safety. Erase any mistakes you may have made.

Step 4.


When you're done you should end up with a drawing that looks like the one you see here. Color in your lighthouse and you're done.

Description: The next lesson I have for you is on a structure that is admired by folks around the world. There are actually people who travel far and wide to explore the many different types of lighthouses that the world has to offer in design and in beauty. Since summer is almost here, I wanted to do something that sort of matched the season we are about to go into. Today I will be showing you "how to draw a lighthouse easy", step by step. I personally think that lighthouses are beautiful structures because they not only provide a sense of safety for sailors on the water, they are also very beautiful buildings to look at and study. There are so many different types of lighthouses around the globe and if you are really interested in looking at them all but can't afford to travel, you can actually buy books that shows you stunning pictures of various lighthouses that are famous for their beauty, or famous because of who designed and built them. I know one thing, I had a lot of fun making this version of an easy lighthouse. I made sure to have some ocean rocks, the ocean and even the bright blue sky in the background. At the bottom of the lighthouse is some moss growing which is probably from age. You can decided to include the moss, or discard the moss, it's your choice. No matter what, you will still enjoy this lesson.
