Let's first begin with the guidelines for the koala as shown, draw these lightly on your paper!

Next, let's draw the head shape of the koala, starting with the round face shape first, then the ears.

Here, I've broken down the koala's face like shown so it's easier for you draw at a comfortable pace without so much stuff to draw thrown at your face in just one step!

Then, let's detail and add dimension to the ears!

Next, draw the arms and hands for the koala.

After that, draw the cute little feet and legs. So easy!

Then, we'll draw the long swinging tree next!

Use thin line weights to detail the inside of the tree's bark as well as a couple of offset branches with a leaf or two on them.

Once you've thoroughly reviewed your sketch, you can proceed onto inking it out with fine pointed Sharpies or Micron pens! I hope this was a lovely lesson for all of you, I had fun making it. God bless Australia and all the animals it has lost

Description: Hey everyone! Are you guys ready to learn how to draw some cute Australian animals? To pay tribute to the brutal fire that's been going on for a week or so in Australia, I've decided to do a bunch of animals originating from this continent as a means to remind everyone of the tragedy and the 500 million wonderful animals we all lost. I can't believe how many animals died, I feel so terrible. Anyways, to break the mind from the terrible incident, I've made this cute koala for everyone.
