Make two circles, one for the head and the other for the body. You will then draw in the guidelines too.

Next, using the shapes you just made go ahead and draw out the beginning parts of the large head and nose or muzzle.

Finish the shape of the face and draw out the large circular eye as well as a simple smile.

We will now draw out the rest of the cute seahorses body and then add the wing like fins and pattern to the body.

Add the remaining frills to the head and erase the mistakes.

That's it, you are all done. Now color in your cute seahorse.
