How to Draw a Cake for Kids

You will start by drawing the frosting. Since I made a drizzle effect, you have to draw the small wave like pattern for the frosting ends.

Next, draw the cake base and then draw the center line in the middle of the cake. This line is to show that this is a two tier cake.

Lastly, make an impression in the center of the cake, then draw a candle and candle flame. Add a nice decorative pattern on the candle before you start cleaning up your drawing.

Here is the cake when you are all done. Color it in using the cake flavor of your choice.

Description: Here it is my last hur·rah for the day. This tutorial will show you "how to draw a cake for kids", step by step. The cake I chose to design is a very simple, small, and exciting to recreate. When making cakes you have to keep in mind that they tend to come in all different shapes, sizes, colors, and designs. A cake for kids should be just two layers, with a huge dollop of frosting smothered on top. Even though this is a very simple concept, you should still enjoy the task of drawing a cake for kids.
