Description: This is a tutorial on “How to Sketch a Rose”. It will be best to use a pencil any where between B and 3B, but a normal HB pencil should do fine. Have an eraser handy as well, but don’t worry about using it too much. This is meant to be a quick sketch, so you should spend no more than 30 mins on this. I will go through the steps I take to drawing a rose, starting with simple shapes, then adding in small specific lines to bring out the form.
