How to Draw Venom Easy
Artist:
Dawn
/ March 29, 2012
Step 1.
Ok, so here's a simple drawing sheet I decided to sketch out last night during stream. I absolutely love Venom's design so I wanted to draw him from the side to show how wide his jaw can gap. Anyways, start with the guidelines and make sure you draw
them lightly. Don't rush and please take your time within each step. Notice how his teeth are equal lengths for top and bottom jaws.

Step 2.
Like always with head based lessons, you will start this one the very same way. Begin by making a circle shape for the head, and then sketch in a facial guideline.

Step 3.
You will begin sketching out the actual shape of Venom's head along with his upper and lower jaw. As you can see the lower jaw stretches or opens extremely wide. Be sure to include the grooves in his gums for the sharp teeth.

Step 4.
Now you will need to take your time as you draw all the small oval shaped sharp teeth on both his upper and bottom jaw. Once that is done you can add the skin tissue on the sides of the mouth like so, and move to step five.

Step 5.
All you have to do here is draw in the eye patches on his mask, as well as the long, thick slithering tongue. Add more teeth in the back of the mouth, then you are done here.

Step 6.
Lastly, draw the shoulders and muscle definition on his upper body like so. Erase the mistakes and guides that you made along the way.

Here is your new drawing of an easy Venom. I hope you learned something new as well as had fun. Color him in to complete this lesson.

Description:
Here it is, the last lesson for a while or at least until after live. Up next I will show you "
how to draw Venom easy,
", step by step. He is another figure from Marvel Comics that has always been one of my favorite even before he was in the Spiderman movie. His slithering thick, long tongue just adds that much awesomeness to his character design. I think Stan Lee is one of the most create people in existence along with George Lucas, H.R. Geiger, and even Stephen King. I mean you have to admit, he made up some pretty cool monsters in his day. Anyways, this lesson will be easy to tackle and understand but if you are a newbie to drawing, you may come across some bumps in the road. I guess that is all I have to say for now. I hope you enjoy drawing Venom easy. I shall return later today so stay tuned in for more exciting fun.
