How to Draw Wilson From Dont Starve, Dont Starve

Step 1.


Make an oval shaped head like so, then draw out the torso and arms. Sketch in the facial guidelines then proceed to step two.

Step 2.


Next, draw out the actual shape of Wilson's head, and as you can see right at the top which is the hairline, it's sort of shaped like a heart.

Step 3.


Using the facial guidelines draw in the face. Draw out the eyebrows, then color in the pupils. Draw the straight lined nose as well as the mouth. Add the creases under each eye.

Step 4.


You will now draw out his hair which can easily be done by drawing a flame like hairstyle as well as the ears. When you are done with this step you can move to step five.

Step 5.


Detail and define the shirt as well as the shirt sleeves. Draw the collar and then draw the sleeve detailing lines.

Step 6.


Wilson is holding some sort of torch so you will have to draw the arms and hands in then draw the torch as well as the blazing flame.

Step 7.


Draw his vest then add the pin stripes.

Step 8.


Lastly, draw the legs and then draw the small feet which are pointed. Erase the mistakes then you are all done.

Step 9.


Here is the line art when you are all done. Now you can color him in and then that's it.

Description: Here is a character from a downloadable video game called 'Don't Starve'. This tutorial is going to show you "how to draw Wilson", step by step. Wilson is going to be the first playable character that you will cone across in the game. He is what you would call a scientist, and he was trapped by a demon and brought to a place where he must learn to stay alive and not starve. The whole purpose of the game is to stay alive. Drawing Wilson will be fun especially if you like drawing Gothic looking figures. These characters all remind me of Tim Burton creations because of their dull appeal. I think you will enjoy, I will be back in a bit so like always, stay tuned in.
