How to Draw Vin Diesel, Riddick
2
You will be drawing Vin from a 3/4 view so make sure to draw in the goggles in this position. Draw in the ear, then move top step three.
3
Next up folks, you will sketch out the entire shape of his head, face and neck like you see here. Notice how the chin is chiseled looking like a comic book character.
4
Draw the glass part of the goggles like so, then slowly draw the nose, mouth, and all the detailing on the face which is creases, wrinkles and folds. Add definition inside of the ear as well as on his neck too.
5
Lastly, you will sketch out the broad shoulders, then draw the shirt collar, as well as the detailing to the shirt. This should be pretty simple to replicate if you take your time. Erase the mistakes, then you're done.

Description: Here is another version of Vin that some may not have seen. I wanted to draw a comic book style of Vin Diesel as he appears as Riddick. As some of you may know there is a new Riddick coming out this year and I think the date is 12-12-12, but I may be mistaken. I love all the Riddick movies, and I also love Vin Diesel as an actor. As I mentioned before, I don't like action movies, but I can seriously sit back and watch a movie with Vin Diesel in it. It's hard to believe that he is forty four years old because to me he still looks like he's in his thirties. What some people don't know about him is that his name isn't even Vin Diesel. His birth or real name is Mark Sinclair Vincent and he was born on July 18, 1967. He got into acting when he and his friends attempted to vandalize a theater when he was younger. As they broke into the building they bumped into one of the directors and instead of turning Vin and his friends over to the cops, the director wanted them to act instead. Because of this one incident, Mark Vincent formed a love for acting and writing. His stage name 'Vin Diesel' came about when he worked as a bouncer for a New York club. People already called him Vin which is short for his last name Vincent, and the Diesel part came from his friends who gave him this nickname because of all the energy that he had or still has. They said, “it's like he runs on diesel fuel because he is just full of energy”. Anyways, I like almost all of the films he's been in, and I can't wait to see him in the new Riddick. I hope you enjoy this new version of Riddick or Vin as much as I did making it. Peace out for now folks, I will return later with more drawing fun.
