Draw lightly with your No.2 pencil. Start about a quarter down the page with this upper hump for the background trees. Then draw the lower slope. A little to your right from the middle draw the vertical line. You can do this with a straight edge.

Draw lightly the two parallel horizontal lines. Check your lines to see if it matches this picture. Then draw the "Y" or funnel shape. Observe where the lines fall and see if your negative space matches this picture.

Description: Fantasy is described as imagination and landscape is scenery in a single view. This is not your classic fantasy landscape. It's really groovy! Since I've always loved “The Yellow Submarine” and was influenced by some its beautiful, out-of-this-world animation, I decided to take a try at it. One of the movie's most memorable scenes was the landscape and its psychedelic sun, hills, trees, flowers, and whatever else that floated by. From the Sixties to the early Seventies, this pop culture rocked the land all the way from England to the United States. I was influenced... no, not by the hallucinations, but by the art's beauty.
