How to draw tribal heart with wings

Draw the first part of the heart and it should be big and shaped like an question mark.

Then draw the second part of the heart and this should be smaller than the first one it should also be shaped like a question mark but smaller and the other way round.

Draw the wings now the should be shaped as slanted arrows the first one should be small.

Do the same thing but bigger than the the first wing.
