How to Draw Tobi

Step 1.


Contrary to the tutorial image, this is going to be an easy tutorial. First things first. Start with a circle for his head and then add the guideline in the face. You will then sketch out the odd shape of his upper body, and then draw the blade like    

Step 2.


All you have to do here is sketch out the beginning shape of the cloaks erect collar. Once that is done you can draw the front outline of the mask, and then draw out some of Tobi's shoulders.

Step 3.


Here you will add the swirl design on the mask, and then sketch out his short spiky hairstyle. Once that is done draw the zipper line, and then sketch out the left hand, and arm as you see here. The best thing to do is enlarge this step to see all th   

Step 4.


Add the detailing or definition to the palm of his hand, and then draw the crease or ripple lines for the cloak as you see here. When that is all set you can draw a couple of Akatsuki clouds. Be sure to take your time with this lesson because it real   

Step 5.


Well guys you are almost done. All you need to do now is sketch out the rest of his cloak and then add more ripple lines as well as crease lining. Finish drawing the zipper line that is vertically placed, and then finish off this step by draw a few m   

Step 6.


This is it guys, you are on your last drawing step. All you need to do is sketch out his pants and legs, and then draw in his feet, and shoes. Add detailing and definition to the pants, and then add the detailing to his feet. Erase all the guidelines   

Step 7.

Description: Yesterday I did a lesson on Madara, and today I thought I would draw the character that I originally had planned to do the other night. Naruto has become such an awesome manga to me, and I can honestly say that I enjoy reading the series then I do watching the anime. I think it's because there is more detail, story line, and action with the characters. Get ready for awesomeness because you will learn "how to draw Tobi, step by step”. You remember the description I gave you on Madara right? Well, if you where paying attention, you should know that Tobi is Madara and vise versa. At first I wasn't sure how his name was supposed to be pronounced. When my mom watched me sketch this character out a few months ago, his name was at the top of my page and she said “who is Tobi”? I was like, yeah that's how you say his name! You see, I was pronouncing his name like “Tobey” and not “Toe-bi”. Madara takes the form of Tobi when he wanted to disguise himself. He also used to give Pain secret orders to carry out every once in a while too. Now there are a few different masks that Tobi wears but the most common is the orange colored swirl mask that only shows his right eye. This is the coolest of the masks that he wears because it looks so, Hellrasier-ish. Another disguise he wears is the black striped pattern mask which he used during his training with Itachi. Unlike his normal form, Tobi is seen wearing the Akatsuki cloak over his real clothing. The two personalities differ as well between them. For instance, Madara is more calm, and level headed when not in disguise, whereas Tobi is goofy, and a bit aloof, almost to the point like he is a big child. If you where to ask me what version of this Naruto character I liked better, I would have to say Tobi. Only because he looks a lot more serious under that mask, and he also looks like he is stronger for some reason. The tutorial I like better between the two is this one. I love his pose, and he has this confidence about him that I love. Drawing Tobi is going to be a very exciting lesson to accomplish and I know for a fact it will be loved. I have to go for now but like always I will return. There is one more Naruto member that I will be uploading. I only hope that you all know who he is. That's it for this description.
