How to Draw Tasha from The Backyardigans
1
Draw two circles to make up the head for Tasha. You will then add the facial guidelines and then draw out the shape of her bell shaped body frame.
2
Now you will start to draw in the shape of her head which includes the ears. Detail inside of the hippo ears and then draw her eyes using the facial guidelines you drew in step one. Next add some eyelashes and color in the pupils. Lastly draw nostril
3
Okay here you will draw out the rest of the shape of Tasha's head and face. Draw the mouth opening and then start working on getting her arms and hands drawn out. Once that is done you will draw out the actual shape of her summer dress.
4
Draw the pretty flower decoration that she has printed on her dress and then cap off the end of her clothes.
5
For your last step you will draw out the shapes of Tasha's legs and then her shoes. once that is done it is time for you to go back and start erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one to clean up your Nick Jr. character.

Description: I hope everyone is enjoying the lessons that I have been submitting lately. I've been working really hard during that past week which is why I haven’t been going live on a regular basis. The lesson I did with the Backyardigans character came out to be pretty popular by the number of hits. I figured that it would be cool to do a tutorial on Uniqua’s friend Tasha. So that is what I will be showing you today, “how to draw Tasha from The Backyardigans" step by step. Now Tasha is a yellow hippo and she is often seen wearing an orange flowered dress with bright red shoes. Her image is suppose to portray a little innocent girl that does not do wrong to others and or her family. Of course that is just her image that says that. In reality she is a girl that analyzes things, she is very rational, and she often likes things to go her way and she also likes to get her way. Tasha is also known to be a very serious type of girl, but when she lets loose her true self comes out, and she acts like one of the kids after all. Tasha loves playing pretend and whenever they do, it is her that has the most fun of all. Like I said in the other lesson on Uniqua, I like the show and I would recommend it to anybody that wants to be captivated by the singing and dancing and the mysterious adventures these kids go on in their own backyard. Have fun with this tutorial guys on “how to draw Tasha from The Backyardigans step by step”. I will be back with three other cool tuts so stay tuned in for those. Peace out and happy drawing.
